COMPANIONSHIP

Where we provide support with the same love and attention as your children would have done. In addition to building meaningful connections, we do some of the activities that you enjoy doing with your friends and relatives.

This service includes home visits by our Angels, providing daily supplies including medicines or sometime shopping at the mall. We make excellent companionship or accompany you for social outings.

Health Care

We understand that your children feel concerned or stressful about your health especially if you do not live in the same geography. And getting hospital facilities can sometime be very challenging. We have customised services to your specific medical needs.

  • Doctor's consultation : A panel of reputed doctors are identified in various hospitals / private clinics for immediate assistance. This includes consultation with your regular doctors or assistance with appointments at any preferred hospitals / clinics. Our Angels will accompany you for such consultation or services.
  • Medical file : We keep entire medical history digitally or manually to keep track of consultations / treatments. The summary of such reports are also shared on monthly basis for reference.
  • Third party services :
    a) Nursing : A trained home nurse can be provided from the third party source, if needed. This safeguards day to day requirements to ensure that all nursing care requirements are fulfilled and healthy living is assured at home.
    b) Physiotherapy : Qualified physiotherapists are enlisted with us. We provide them as and when it is required for home based services or at their clinic. This is third party service and are made available on demand.
    c) Counselling : Reputed psychologists / psychiatrists are identified for any counselling related to health disorder or proper medication. This is a third party service and provided on case to case basis.
    d) Diagnostic support: Best in class diagnostic centers are empanelled with us to provide required support either at house or at designated centres. This includes all pathological and radiological tests as recommended by the doctors.
    e) Home delivery of medicines: Good number of pharmacies are identified and negotiated for supply of medicines at home. These medicines are supplied at discounted price or pre negotiated price on production of valid prescription.

Convenience

As we age, convenience becomes a key factor in ensuring a comfortable and fulfilling life. Elder care is designed to provide a range of services and facilities that cater to the needs of the elders.

  • Home safety: Safety of elder persons is prime concern for us. We make periodic safety due-diligence to ensure that elders are safe at home. This includes provisioning of CCTV, Video door-phones, remote door lock / unlock, registration with the local police, fire safety, etc..
  • Home repairs (plumbing, electricals, civil): Home needs periodic repairs and maintenance which are difficult for elders to ensure proper service from the existing service providers. We have empanelled agency/ service providers who are trained and trusted and attend to work with less supervision.
  • Utility and other payments : Now a days the utility and other payments are digitized and require timely payment to avoid disruption in services. However challenges remain for elders while making payment either at designated counters or digitally. We make efforts to make this process simple and ensure that the services are not affected for any inconvenience.
  • Resolution of billing issues : Billing by authorities are sometime erratic and unplanned. This needs personal visit or calls for resolution. This often creates inconvenience for elders to visit sites and resolve. We offer this service on demand to ensure that such issues are resolved on priority basis.
  • Booking tickets/ arranging travel : Travelling for tourism or socialisation purpose are essential for elder family. This improves their quality of life as well as make them feel relevant in the universe. We tender such services through reputed / credible service provider who have expertise in handling travel related services as well as caring the needs of the elder citizens.
  • Help with digital literacy (Banking, etc) : Digital literacy has become necessary to do essential services like Banking, Entertainment, Health services, etc.. Several Apps are made available free for knowledge enhancement and improving quality life at home. We offer such facilitation for our elders to improve knowledge on digital services as well as how to avoid risk by falling in to the trap of fraud or cyber-crimes.
  • Home food delivery : Good and quality food is essential for healthy life in the old age. There are times when you may need food from outside. We have empanelled cooked food service providers who customise food as per the requirements and at reasonable price.
  • Deep cleaning : Keeping house in order and its cleanliness is crucial to remain healthy at home. At old age 80% of time is spent at home and any negligence leads to various health issues. We as an organisation pay much attention to this and have tied up with local / reputed service providers who are good at this task. We can be available on demand during this activity at home.
  • Local Travels :- We have tied up with professional agencies who will support for local travel for 1/2 day or 1-2 days with vehicle & companion. This services includes travel to any place of choice like market, mall, library, cinema etc.
