We accept payment only through 1. Bank transfer 2. UPI & 3. Cheque / DD. We accept payments for minimum for a period of 3 months in advance. If payments are made for longer period ( annual or two years ), special discounts are offered.

We will refund payments after it is established by the management that the services rendered are not satisfactory. The calculations of refund is always made on the last date of the month it is decided and the client will be paid for the balance period of their subscription. Tax as applicable.
We have a escalation policy for resolving complaints. If complaint is not resolved in 3 days by the Relationship Manager it gets escalated automatically to the level of Team Leader, If it does not get resolved in next 2 days then it gets escalated to the Co-Founders for resolution/
